Johann van Graan has Tyler Bleyendaal as the replacement for the former Leinster star while Darren Sweetnam has come in for the veteran Earls.
Starting at full-back, Mike Haley has been given the nod and he’s joined by Andrew Conway and Sweetnam on the wings.
Chris Farrell will be partnered by Rory Scannell in midfield, and ahead of them in the half-back spots, Bleyendaal is joined by Conor Murray.
In the front row, Dave Kilcoyne, Niall Scannell, and John Ryan have all been selected for the blockbuster clash with the Premiership side.
Jean Kleyn and Tadhg Beirne will power the engine room, and in the back row, captain Peter O’Mahony is joined by Jack O’Donoghue and CJ Stander.
